Wifi Water Leak Sensor

This sensor identifies water drips, floor leakage and abnormal liquid level changes for sinks, toilets, water tanks and aquariums. When water touches the probe electrodes, it instantly sends push alerts to your smartphone via the Tuya Smart Life APP no matter where you are, so you can take timely action to stop pipe bursts, overflow and other water accidents before they cause costly home renovation losses.

Equipped with two independent sensor ports, the L31 allows you to connect two extension probes to monitor two separate locations simultaneously, such as a kitchen under-sink area and a washing machine zone at the same time. The wired probes can be flexibly placed into narrow gaps or hidden corners that are hard for the main unit to reach, greatly expanding your home water monitoring coverage without buying extra detectors.

It outputs up to 90dB high-decibel on-site alarm to wake you up or alert family members nearby when water leakage occurs. Four volume levels (High/Mid/Low/Mute) are available to adapt different environments: max volume for noisy utility rooms, low volume for bedrooms, and mute mode for nighttime or quiet scenarios to avoid unnecessary disturbance while retaining APP remote notifications.

Beyond floor leakage detection, it can monitor liquid height changes in fish tanks, water storage buckets and water heaters. Once the liquid reaches the preset probe position, the system activates both siren and phone alerts to prevent tank overflow or abnormal water level drops that threaten aquatic life or equipment operation, realizing customized liquid level early warning for diverse household scenes.

The built-in power supply features intelligent low-battery detection. When the battery power falls below the threshold, the device will send reminder notifications to your Tuya APP and trigger local hints, reminding you to replace batteries in advance. This avoids sudden device shutdown caused by power exhaustion, ensuring your water leakage monitoring system keeps running reliably 24/7 all year round.
